To ensure that all guests feel comfortable and that we keep the house in the best possible condition, please follow these rules :

1. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Please use the designated outdoor areas.

2. Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including on the balcony and terrace.

3. Pets

Pets are only allowed with prior approval.

4. Waste Separation

Please separate waste carefully into paper, organic waste, residual waste, and packaging. Appropriate bins are provided.

5. Kitchen & Equipment

Please handle all inventory and equipment with care. Lost or damaged items must be replaced.

6. Heating & Ventilation

Ventilate the rooms regularly (short, intense airing), and use heating and energy responsibly.

7. Departure

Please leave the apartment swept clean, empty the trash, and return used dishes clean. The kitchen is not included in the cleaning fee, so we kindly ask you to leave it clean.

8. Damage

Please report any damage immediately so we can address it as quickly as possible.

9. Penalty Fees

In case of violations of the house rules, a fine between €100 and €500 may be charged, depending on the severity of the offense.
